My Approach
I attended graduate school at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating in 2015, I worked for the past 8 years in a community mental health setting where I focused on working with children and families. I work to create a fun and safe relationship with families so that children enjoy attending sessions and find therapy helpful. I encourage exploration of serious topics in a systemic way, involving the entire family. My approach with most clients, is to encourage as many family members as possible to attend sessions. I believe that by learning about each other, family members can create connection and problem solve together.
I enjoy working with all ages, and with many different therapeutic techniques. My approach is a Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy integration. I enjoy working with clients of all faiths and backgrounds and work to support you in achieving your goals. As a practicing Catholic, I find great peace in my Faith and have found it a significant strength and comfort throughout my life. I personally enjoy sewing, reading, playing games of all kinds, and spending time outside with my family. I look forward to hearing from you! May God bless you!
